My second home away from home! The attentive staff made my stay at Mandarin Oriental unforgettable. The spacious rooms, comfortable bed, and impeccable cleanliness were impressive. The Michelin-starred restaurant, Jiang, served mouthwatering Cantonese cuisine that exceeded expectations. The club lounge offered a private library atmosphere with delicious breakfast and afternoon tea. Though the location lacked scenic views, its proximity to shopping and public transportation was convenient. Mandarin Oriental Guangzhou is highly recommended.

Beautiful Design and Great Service

I recently visited a hotel during my city trip and was pleased with its ultra-contemporary design. The clever blend of dark woods, dark leathers, glass, and mirrors really impressed me. The service was exceptional, the staff were helpful and friendly. I also enjoyed the tasty food and the convenient location near the city center.

The bathroom design was a bit awkward as it was "separated" in two by a corridor, and the wet and dry parts of the bathroom were disjointed. As a spectacle wearer, there was no convenient place to set my glasses.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, giving great recommendations for things to do in the city. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and shops. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The hotel facilities were clean and modern.

This hotel is the epitome of luxury. From the moment I stepped in, I felt like royalty. The service was impeccable and the exclusive amenities were beyond extraordinary. The Spa & Wellness Centre was a paradise on earth with the best massages I have ever had. The sauna and swimming pool were also breathtaking. The restaurant was exceptional and the in-room breakfast was scrumptious. The location was ideal, with easy access to transport and amazing shopping centres.

The curtains were a little difficult to control, but it was a minor issue that did not affect my stay in any significant way. Despite this minor setback, I would still highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious getaway with excellent service and top-notch exclusive facilities.

Absolutely loved my weekend stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated with a stylish Asian theme. The housekeeping staff went above and beyond to keep the place spotless, and the bed was super comfy. The location was ideal, right in the midst of all the best shopping and dining options. The attached mall made it easy to grab a bite or browse the stores before heading out for a night on the town. , shoutout to the friendly and helpful front desk staff who made check-in a breeze.

The lack of currency exchange facilities on the property. It would have been so much more convenient if the hotel had a machine or even a service for exchanging currency.

Our family had an enjoyable stay at a high-end hotel, located in a bustling area with plenty of nearby attractions within walking distance. We had a delightful dining experience at a Chinese restaurant with great services provided by the staff. The waiters, such as Rene, introduced us to their specialty dishes and took excellent care of us. Moreover, the restaurant's French toast was a pleasant surprise.

The hotel's location presented some challenges regarding transportation, as it was challenging to hail a taxi.
